Have you ever found yourself standing at life's intersection, unsure of which way to turn? Maybe it was a career decision, a relationship crossroads or something simpler. But we've all been there. I know I have, and in those moments I was desperate for some guidance. If you identify with anything I just said, stay tuned as we unpack a little about God's guidance in today's promise.

Psalm 25, verse 9, says he guides the humble in what is right and teaches them his way. How many of us have made decisions that we later regretted? My hand is raised because I am guilty as charged. We later regretted. My hand is raised because I am guilty as charged. But what if, instead of relying solely on our understanding, we leaned into God's guidance? What if we surrendered our plans and embraced his direction?

What I must hasten to point out, though, is that guidance isn't always a neon sign or a booming voice from the heavens. It can be as subtle as a gut feeling, a gentle nudge in the right direction. It's about paying attention, tuning our hearts to the frequency of God's wisdom, and this requires humility. As the text notes, god's guidance isn't reserved for the spiritual elite. It's available to all who humbly seek it, whether you are a seasoned saint or still figuring out this faith journey. God is ready to lead the way. Let's humble ourselves before him and acknowledge our need for his guidance. Let's commit to seeking his wisdom in every decision, big or small.
