When things are really tough and we feel sad, Psalm 50:15 tells us, "and call on me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you will honour me."
It's God saying, "I am here to help you." God, in His unfailing love, is inviting us to call on Him and He promises to deliver us.
It's not just about us feeling better, though. When God helps us, it's a chance for us to say thank you and show how awesome He is!
So, in our darkest hours, remember to talk to God, and He'll help us. Then, we can be happy and thankful because God is always there for us.
